How do I Begin Shopping?

2. Kindly confirm the product color and quantity before you add them into the cart. Click on the "Check Out" button once you have completed shopping. Note: The system will prompt you if the item is out of stock.

3. Choose the delivery method. Local delivery rate is calculated based on Singpost's postage system. Overseas buyers have to wait for shipping quotation.












1. Normal Mail Fee (Singapore)
- A standard flat fee of SGD 1

2. Registered Mail Fee (Singapore) **Highly recommended!
- A standard flat fee of SGD 3.24 (included an additional fee of SGD 2.24, based on Singpost charges). An article tracking number will be provided and each parcel is limited to a maximum weight of 2kg. Delivery to doorsteps.

**We provide free registered article delivery for local orders exceeding SGD50 in a single receipt.

3. Local Courier Delivery (Singapore)
This service is made available to urgent delivery or orders exceeding a total weight of 2kg. Payment which are received before 06:00 am from Mon - Fri will be delivered before 18:00 pm on the same day. Payments which are received after 06:00 am from Mon - Friday will be delivered on the next working day. Charges range between SGD 10.00 - SGD 30.00 depending on the delivery location, urgency and mass of package.

Please note that Self Collection is unavailable with Rinnseki at this moment.

4. Worldwide Delivery (Available Now!)
Worldwide delivery modes is available. For overseas shoppers, please choose Others (For International Buyers only) mode and we will manually calculate your postage based on air parcel and EMS before informing you the final sum. Feel free to contact us via email should you require further assistance.


4. Once you confirmed your order, kindly proceed to making payment. Orders unpaid will be reserved for two working days only, after which we will release and re-post back into system.


5. Payment via PayPal (Debit/Credit card), Internet Banking (POSB / DBS) and ATM (POSB / DBS) Transfer only.

Accepting credit / debit card payment (Visa, Master, AmericanExpress or Discover). Paypal payment option includes a service charge of 3.4% and SGD 0.50.

You can choose to make payment via Internet Bank Transfer to our POSB / DBS account. Upon successful fund transfer, orders will be processed within 1 working day.

- ATM Fund Transfer (POSB / DBS only)
You may also proceed to any POSB / DBS ATMs to make a direct fund transfer to our bank account. Upon successful fund transfer, you are required to update the status of payment by emailing your transaction details to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , stating your PO number & date and time of transfer. Upon successful fund transfer, orders will be processed within 1 working day. Please keep a copy of the receipt in case of verification purpose.

6. We would send you delivery information once the parcel has been sent out. (We send out orders on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and exceptional days when there is courier delivery)

7. Based on the membership credits program, we will calculate your credit bonus based on your order and update into your account/via email.
