A: By spending a minimum of SGD100 in a single order, we will upgrade your membership to Premium VIP (Takes 1 working day). You will notice a price difference of 10% after you log into your account. For those who registered before 1st June 2010, you will still entitle 20% discount.
A: All items are in-stock. Once payment is made, we will dispatch out the goods as soon as possible. Usually, between 2 - 5 days you should received the parcel depending on the type of delivery mode opt for. Please see under Shopping Guide for the options available.
A: As payment is made via either Internet Banking/ATM Transfer or Paypal, we will not have access to your personal details. They are encrypt and well-protected by the bank/paypal.
A: We update new designs every 2 - 4 weeks. Do log in frequently to check for new designs!
A: If you are keen on any particular design which is out of stock, please inform us via email. we would do our best to get the item in for you in the next shipment. However, our manufacturers usually do not run repeat designs so grab them earlier before they are gone!
A: Once order is confirmed, payment have to be made within the next two working days. If not, the purchase would be cancelled and you would have to re-order the products subject to availability.
A: Yes, in exceptional situation when you received manufacturing defect goods, kindly inform us within 5 days of receipt and we would arrange for an exchange. Please see our Terms of Use.
A: All images of the goods from Rinnseki.com is taken from the actual products and is imported from Japan or otherwise indicated. The following reasons will not be considered for returns: Damages caused by improper usage, chrominance, not accordance with imagination, personal dislike, damage by external forces or during delivery.
A: Free diamonds touch-up service is available for accessories with lost diamond. Members can send the item via registered mail to us. Please include your name, contact number and returning address. The postage will be paid by the member.
A: Most of the products from our website are imported from Japan directly. Some of them are sourced from Korea. You can check the country of origin under the product desciption.
A: All items displayed on Rinnseki.com are exclusively sourced for under our stringent quality control. We will not display inferior quality products for sale on our website.
A: You can request to add on, edit or cancel your order by emailing to us within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases when order has been processed and dispatched.
A: The humidity in Singapore is high, therefore we need to take extra care in protecting our accessories. Silver-based or gold-based accessories should be stored in a sealed bag when they are not in use. For faded silver/gold plated product, do polish with a silver polish cloth if it is not too serious, the silver polish cloth can help to return the gloss. See Rinnseki's Blog entry tutorial on this.
