Is Exchange Services available?
This Exchange Policy only applies in the following conditions:
1. Quality Issue
If the product that you have received do not satisfied your expectation due to manufacturer defects or quality issue, please email us within 5 days of receipt. Exchanges can only be made once verified and authorized by Rinnseki. However, slight variation due to photography effects (lightings etc.) and different computer screen resolutions is not a significant call for exchange.
2. Send Error
In rare event of send error, kindly email us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for an exchange asap.
Format of Exchange
In order to process your exchange as quickly as possible, kindly ensure all returns:
-To be in the original packaging
-To includes a copy of your invoice or at least your order number
Please also ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We would recommend sending via registered post so the parcel can be traced.
Please note that we do not do refund. For more information, please read our Terms of Use. Postage or shipping charges incurred due to exchange of products, will be reimbursed as a credit off in your next purchase.
